Free Returns

Returns are free in our store. We will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.

Return Request Deadline:

To initiate a return, you must request it within 7 days of receiving your item. Once you have made the request, you have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it.

Eligibility for Returns:

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

At Home Fads, we offer a hassle-free return process. Customers with an account on our store can easily request a return without the need to contact us directly. Simply sign in to your account and follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Sign in to your account on www.homefads.net
  2. Navigate to your order history.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts to submit your return request.

Once your return request is submitted, we will review it and provide further instructions, including a return shipping label and details on where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

Please ensure that the item meets our return eligibility criteria, including being in its original condition with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Exchanges:

To expedite the process of getting the item you desire, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of the reason and without justification. The item must meet the same conditions mentioned above, including being unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@homefads.net.
