Canada: $35 – $30,000 CAD
United Kingdom: £50 – £30,000 GBP

United States

Depending on the order amount, customers may choose:

  • Two biweekly, interest-free payments for orders $35–$50 USD
  • Four biweekly, interest-free payments for orders $50–$999.99 USD
  • Monthly installment plans for orders $150–$30,000 USD

- Interest-bearing plans range from 0% to 36% APR

- Terms available: 3, 6, 12, 18, or 24 months

  • High-value orders may require a down payment

- Example: A $25,000 order requires $5,000 upfront, with the remaining $20,000 split into equal monthly payments

Canada

Customers in Canada may choose:

  • Two biweekly, interest-free payments for orders $35–$50 CAD
  • Four biweekly, interest-free payments for orders $50–$999.99 CAD
  • Monthly installment plans for orders $150–$30,000 CAD

- Interest-bearing plans range from 0% to 31.99% APR, depending on provincial regulations

- Terms available: 3, 6, 12, 18, or 24 months

  • High-value orders may require a down payment

United Kingdom

Customers in the UK may choose:

  • Three interest-free payments for orders £50–£999.99 GBP

- Initial payment due at checkout

  • Monthly installment plans for orders £150–£30,000 GBP

- APR ranges up to 35.99%, with a 22% representative APR

- Terms available: 3, 6, 12, 18, or 24 months

  • High-value orders may require a down payment

To complete a purchase using Shop Pay Installments:

  6. Make your first payment at checkout.
  7. Remaining payments will be automatically charged according to your schedule.

You’ll receive email reminders before each payment is processed.

Refunds for Shop Pay Installment Orders

If you return or cancel an order paid through Shop Pay Installments:

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method
  • If you paid interest on a monthly plan, interest is non-refundable
  • Refunds do not cancel or adjust the existing payment schedule unless the refunded amount covers the entire remaining balance
