Free Returns

Returns are free in our store. We will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.

Return Request Deadline:

To initiate a return, you must request it within 7 days of receiving your item. Once you have made the request, you have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it.

Eligibility for Returns:

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with labels or tags attached, and in its original packaging. 

Initiating a Return:

We offer a hassle-free return process. Here’s how to initiate a return:

For Customers with a Home Fads Account:

  1. Sign in to your account at www.homefads.net.
  2. Navigate to your order history.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts to submit your return request.
  4. Once your request is submitted, we will review it and provide instructions, including a return shipping label.

For Guests Without a Home Fads Account:

If you don’t have an account with Home Fads, please contact our customer service at support@homefads.net to initiate a return. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and we will assist you in the process.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

At Home Fads, all items are eligible for return as long as they meet our return eligibility criteria. Please ensure that your returned item is:

  • In its original condition and unused
  • With labels or tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Exchanges:

Currently, our store does not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the product you have within the specified return period and make a separate purchase for the new desired item. You can initiate your return request within 7 days of receiving your item and return it within 30 days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of the reason and without justification. The item must meet the same conditions mentioned above, including being unused, with labels or tags attached, and in its original packaging. An order confirmation email or account details are required for the return. The return process for both customers with accounts and guest customers follows the guidelines provided earlier.

Refunds (General):

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@homefads.net.

Shop Pay Installments – Returns and Refunds:

If you paid for your order using Shop Pay Installments, the return and refund process follows standard Home Fads return rules, with additional requirements outlined by Shop Pay:

How Refunds Work for Shop Pay Installments:

  • When a return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method through Affirm.
  • Interest paid on monthly installment plans is non-refundable. Interest represents the cost of borrowing and cannot be returned.
  • If your refund amount is less than your remaining balance, your future installment payments will be adjusted by Affirm.
  • If your refund amount covers your entire remaining balance, your installment plan will be closed.

Refund Timeline for Shop Pay Installments

  • Home Fads will process your refund within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Affirm will then update your installment schedule.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to finalize the refund.
